To Whom It May Concern: I have acted as a consultant to Paul Provence and have recommended appropriate musical instruments for the figures in the proposed Welcoming "The Living Circle"™ Children's Sculpture Project. In the course of working with Mr. Provence and discussing his goals, it is my opinion that the undertaking is an original and worthy concept appropriate as an international presentation of public art. The design expresses a universal desire for world peace, a theme of harmonic coexistence, and the recognition and respect for those things which make our cultures different.
